How it works · So funktioniert es: 1. Tap “Withdraw contract”. 2. Fill in the form. 3. Tap “Confirm withdrawal”. You will see a confirmation with the date and time of receipt, and we confirm by email without delay. We refund you within 14 days as set out in our terms (less any amount owed for services you asked us to start early); for a subscription, your licence is deactivated.
